Wednesday 16th October 2019

  • 2.00pm – 4.30pm     Pre-school Children (2/7/15 – 1/9/17)
  • 6.00pm – 8.00pm      65yrs to 74yrs

Wednesday 23rd October 2019

    • 2.00pm – 4.30pm   School Children at Risk
    • 4.15pm – 5.15pm     Pregnant Women
    • 6.00pm – 8.00pm   Adults under 65yrs at Risk inc Carers


    If you are over 45yrs old and have not had your Blood Pressure taken within the last 5yrs the practice are holding open clinics.  Please ring reception for details 94 472575.               

    For Online appointments and prescriptions ordering please contact reception to register or call us on 94 472575.   

    With immediate effect we are no longer able to accept third party prescription requests on the patients' behalf e.g. from Pharmacies.

    Due to a change in policy the HSCB advises that patients should take responsibility for the ordering of their own prescriptions.  (Exceptional circumstances will apply)

    New Patient Registration

    ronaldstownTo register with the practice please bring your medical card to reception; if your card is not available our receptionist will advise. You will then be asked to complete a new patient registration form and book an appointment for a pre-registration medical with the doctor.  This gives us the opportunity to meet and to learn of your past medical history as it will take a few weeks for your medical records to reach us.

    Clinical services will be provided to patients who are not on the practice list if they are staying temporarily in the area or require emergency or immediately necessary treatment, unless the patient refuses consent.

    Change of Personal Details

    If any of your personal details change such as address, phone number etc. please notify the practice as soon as possible, so that our records are kept up to date.


    You may print off a registration form, fill it out and bring it in with you on your first visit to the practice.
