For Online appointments and prescriptions ordering please contact reception to register or call us on 94 472575.

With immediate effect we are no longer able to accept third party prescription requests on the patients' behalf e.g. from Pharmacies.

Due to a change in policy the HSCB advises that patients should take responsibility for the ordering of their own prescriptions.  (Exceptional circumstances will apply)

Prescription Requests

Telephone 94 471018multicolour_pills or 94 471022

We operate a 24hr designated answer machine service whereby you can leave a message of your prescription requests at any time of the day or night.  Please ring 94 471818 or 94 471022.

You can also fill out a prescription request form at reception and post in the prescriptions box.

Alternatively you can order online via the link at the top of this page. New users are required to complete a simple one-off registration.

Repeat prescriptions may be issued for regular medication as arranged by your doctor.

Requests for non-repeat prescriptions for acute problems will be passed to the doctor for attention.

Please allow 2 working days before collecting your prescription.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
